Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our booking, cancellation, and no-refund terms.

Because our pop-up classes have limited spots and are paid by EFT, please read these terms before booking. By completing a booking you agree to this policy.

1. Confirming your spot

Your spot is only reserved once we have received your EFT payment and sent you a confirmation. Until payment is received, your spot is not guaranteed.

2. All bookings are final

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Once your payment is confirmed, your booking is final, this includes cancellations, missed classes, and no-shows.

3. Transfers

We understand things come up. While we can’t offer refunds, you are welcome to give your spot to someone else at no extra cost, just let us know their name before the class.

4. Mat rental

Any mat rental fee is also non-refundable.

5. If we cancel or change a class

If we have to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered a spot at the next available class or a credit towards a future booking.
